These terms explain use of Kaung Mon Clinic's website, KMC X-ray application and clinic-provided image links. Please also read our privacy policy.

Appointments and queues

Provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or someone you are authorized to assist. An online appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms it. Queue information can be delayed; follow clinic staff instructions. This website does not change the clinic's consultation fees, payment arrangements or cancellation policies.

Authorized staff access

KMC X-ray and staff queue controls are for authorized clinic staff. Keep passwords and access PINs confidential. Do not access another person's records without authority, alter records improperly or interfere with these services. Connect a Google account only if you are authorized to use it for the clinic's image-sharing workflow.

Images, QR codes and reports

Use image links and QR codes only for the patient or an authorized care purpose. Check the patient and examination details before using or forwarding a document. Do not publish another person's images or circulate links beyond authorized recipients.

A QR code gives access to a linked image; it is not proof of identity, a security restriction, a diagnosis or proof that a radiologist has approved a report. An image-only document is not a radiologist's opinion. Refer to the report's stated author and approval information and consult the responsible healthcare professional for interpretation.

Availability and third-party services

Links may stop working if an image is deleted, sharing is withdrawn or Google Drive is unavailable. New automatic QR codes depend on synchronization, internet access and valid Google authorization. The clinic may need to correct or withdraw an incorrectly shared document.

Google Drive and any messaging services you use have their own terms, storage limits and availability requirements. Locally generated image QR codes have no built-in subscription expiry, but this does not guarantee permanent image hosting or uninterrupted third-party service.

Medical questions and support

The public website provides service information, not individualized medical advice or emergency care. For an emergency, seek appropriate urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for an online reply.

Changes

The clinic may update these terms as services change. The current version and update date will be available on this page. These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
